my nest did a factory reset and it won’t let me adjust the temperature. It’s asking for a QR code, but I don’t know where to put it in the nest app

Hi! After a factory reset, Nest requires you to re-add the device to the Nest app. Open the app, tap ‘Add Product’, and scan the QR code on your thermostat or its packaging. This links the thermostat to your account and lets you adjust the temperature again
