furnace shutdown

My new lennox furnace started shutting down a week ago each day around 4pm.  i do not have a schedule setup in my nest thermostat for this.  it will restart some time later but the house cools down several degrees during the downtime.  Just had the furnace checked and everything looks good.  Anyone else have this similar issue

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd love to know more about this.

Could you please share with us a photo of your thermostat's wiring? Disabling the Home and Away Assist and turning off the auto-learning might help to avoid random changes on the temperature.

Also, please check the power readouts on your actual thermostat's "Technical Info" settings for the Nest Learning Thermostat or Nest Thermostat and "Equipment" settings for the Nest Thermostat 2020.
