OUT OF THE SUDDEN
it cannot find my wifi.
i've factory reset the Thermostat AND the wifi also to make sure.
stiill cannot connect.

Same for me, I have a nest, learning thermostat, third generation, and since December, it has found my Wi-Fi until yesterday and then it went off-line, and I have restarted the Wi-Fi modem; restarted the thermostat; signed out and back into my Google account to no avail. It’s now been off-line for about 20 hours. I don’t know what else to do, did you figure out your issue? Thank you.

I did not fill it out because I paid someone to give me on time/real time information on what to do. I then had to get a hold of Google Nest and order a new display because my Nest thermostat is still under warranty — and they sent one to me. Then I also paid to have someone set up the new display for me. And I’ll return the old display to Google, per their instructions to me. The sickening part about all of this is that the thermostat is about six months old and I have to PAY to have someone help me with it because I cannot get a hold of Google support in real time when I need it. Emailing back-and-forth over a three day period does not cut it. And then, because I am not a tech genius, I could not figure out how to set up the new display on the thermostat without paying someone again. All totally Ridiculous.
