heat link not working no light

Heat link is not working.  No light showing.  Boiler is working.  There is power to the heat link

Hi @Barry.

I am sorry to hear your facing this behavior from your thermostat and am happy to try and assist you.

Make sure to check all breakers, just to make sure nothing has tripped first. If it all looks good power cycle the Heat Link. Turn the power off to the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so, and turn it back on. Check to see if any LED comes on or if it has any reaction when you press the button on it.
