The hot water icon doesn't show on my (3rd gen) thermostat, so I am unable to control the water heating. I had this working fine on another thermostat (which was replaced due to being scratched and was working fine).
I followed a previous Community solution: "Go to Settings/ Equipment/Pro Setup", but it then says "incorrect settings will cause unexpected HVAC activity or equipment damage" which sounds scary!
can anybody help please?
