how to fix e.74 error

We can try to check if there's any loose wiring at the base plate. I suggest to turn off your breakers and remove the Nest thermostat display and remove the wire in the Rh or Rc terminal. Put the wire back in the terminal, making sure they are properly seated.
 
After doing so, please restart your Nest device
