my apps don't show my 2 thermastats

My both nest apps are gone from phone. I use them every day and they are gone. I did a reboot on my phone, termastat, and my router.

• What apps are you using to control the Nest thermostats?
• Did they receive any error messages? If so, what did it say?
• Are you able to control the Nest Thermostat manually?
