When your thermostat goes offline, does it report any error code on its display? Is there any error code or suggestions the Google Home or Nest app make when it goes offline?
Meanwhile, can you try out a
factory reset and removing the device from your apps, then reinstall? It's possible that there's a miscommunication between your thermostat's software and router.
