i installed two thermostats today. i added the first via the app, copy-pasted my network password into it, everything seemed to work... then it popped a message saying "the password has changed for the network <my network name>" . so okay, i "typed" it in manually via the nest. it's working fine.
the second thermostat wouldn't connect at all (M15) until i brought it really close to the first one. then, the same thing happened - it lost network connectivity with (and i quote) "the password has changed for the network <my network name>". only with this one, with each attempt at "typing" it in, it does "connecting..." for a bit then back to "the password has changed for the network <my network name>". i'm pretty sure i'm doing the password correctly - if i use a wrong one it fails with "failed to connect"
what's going on here?
