nest thermostat compatibility

Was told by compatibility checker to upload picture to tell if nest is compatible. How do I do that. Note says I don't have upload permission.

To diagnose the compatibility, I'd appreciate it if you could share a picture of your current wired installation here on the community so I can check this for you.
