One of our 6 month old nest thermostats can no longer find wireless networks. The other one near it is just fine so, after restarting to no avail, I filed a claim. After 3 days no word from google. Any idea how long it takes to get a new thermostat when under warranty? Thanks.

FYI, this was the last message sent. We really need to get a replacement soon, I have provided documentation of warranty and so ANY help would be appreciated:
