nest thermostat replacement time when under warranty?

One of our 6 month old nest thermostats can no longer find wireless networks. The other one near it is just fine so, after restarting to no avail, I filed a claim. After 3 days no word from google. Any idea how long it takes to get a new thermostat when under warranty? Thanks.

Hi Mark. Yes, I would like your assistance. I got one email from a man or woman named RJ asking when they could contact me. I have sent numerous emails and received no response. FYI, this was the last message sent. We really need to get a replacement soon, I have provided documentation of warranty and so ANY help would be appreciated:

Hi again. Can you please contact me soon as we will be leaving this house for an extended time and need to put in the replacement before we go. You can try me just about any time during the day at 415 730-5649.
