nest will not shut off furnace fan unless i remove the thermostat from wall.

Recently we experienced that the nest does not turn off the fan after heat cycle is complete, we were away for a few weeks, and it looks like the fan ran 24-7 . The fan run feature is disabled. It does shut off when I remove the unit form the wall.  how do I reach the nest support phone number to fix this issue so i do not waste electricity.
