no power during hard rains on 2 out of 3 units

hello,

I have 3 nests in my house that have been installed and functioning for about 1 year. we have had major rains these past few weeks, and tonight 2 of the 3 units say they have no r power and give the e195 error code.  one is a small unit for 2 bedrooms located on the upper floor/attic, and one is located on the ground floor with a gas furnace under the house.  the third unit on the second floor is working normally.  can someone help?  they all have c connectors and the Voc and Vin are 0.02V.  Also the forced air is running non stop unless I turn off at the breaker.

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. If you are showing an E195 error, I would recommend following the steps in the article here. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Best regards,
Jake
