notification problem with 3rd generation thermostat

I am not getting Notifications I have looked in "Home" and notifications all look ok. in the app I go into the settings , then notifications, I do not get a producy option, just the home report section. Is there a setting somewhere I need to change?

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

Here's a couple of things to check for us to further isolate why you're not getting any notifications from Google Nest:

• Check for Nest Service Status
• Check that you're signed in to the right account in the app
