our Google Nest thermostat sticks in the setup screen to the heat link… how do we go back to the Home Screen?Stuck Home screen - this happens weekly and should not happen at all. It was OK for 6 months, when installed, now I get a weekly problem.
Heat link is green.
I've learnt how to reset the learning thermostat by holding it down.... and it will be ok for a week...
I've also have an inability to email back to google..., for some reason, unknown to me, my emails are not getting back to Google.
If you can help, it would be great.

To clarify you first need a case in the system set up before you can send emails to it. You can't send emails directly, so no worries, it has nothing to do with your email or anything like that.
If the thermostat sometimes disconnects and you are able to connect it back to the Heat Link that usually would indicate a source of interference. Did you add any new devices or moved old devices around that could interference such as microwaves, baby monitors, smart TVs. Also big metal objects such fridges or even mirrors can cause interference. You mentioned it happens weekly. Is there any pattern to it, like a particular part of the day?
