"Come Back Tomorrow" this problem is never resolved by tomorrow.....

I have 3 Nest 2nd Generation thermostats that I'm also having the same issue..... "come back tomorrow" on all 3, since the middle of July 2025.  Not sure why all of a sudden after using the NEST app and same thermostats remotely for almost 10 years with no problems at all, and always being able to see the previous days usage, why this is happening.

I log into the remote thermostats (in another state like a lot of people on these posts) using my NEST app on my iPhone, or a MAC computer, now I'm constantly seeing this message and problem.

I have not migrated to a Google Account or app yet, but want to see this resolved before I do any upgrades to the 4th Generation thermostats, (recommended by GOOGLE) in an email I've received from them.

I'll have to do this upgrade, because my 2nd Generation thermostats will not be supported, or be able to be controlled with remote login after a certain time in September-November 25th 2025.

I mean.....What's Up Google? Why are you causing all these similar problems to your customer base, we're all having the same problems!   Instead of forcing clients to buy new thermostats and then have them migrate to a Google Account?  Why are you making this so difficult for your customers?

Why can't you just upgrade your existing NEST apps to accommodate and support your older thermostats going forward, I mean you guys are the software genius' right?  Fix a simple problem for your customer base please!

The problem has been resolved by the GoogleNestTeam.  It's great to have a team like GNT that can address an issue and resolve it for their client base in a timely manner.  Thank you GNT for all of your promptness and expertise in resolving this issue.  I can now confidently upgrade my (3) Gen 2 thermostats to Gen 4's.
