I have a house down the shore that is winterized (water and electric baseboard heat shut off). My Nest thermostat (which only control my central air) has recently turned on to safety mode (orange) and the fan is running continuously. The temperature in the house is 40 degrees, but again it is winterized so there is no concern regarding pipes freezing.
Any ideas on how to shut off this mode via the app? This has never happened in the two winters previously.
note: The Nest thermostat is only connected to the AC.
note 2: The house is an hour away and I prefer that I don't have to take a drive down.
