switches automatically to away mode when I am home

Hello, my thermostat switches randomly to the eco mode (83° cooling) when I am at home. It should activate only when I am away. This can happen in the middle of the night or the day. That makes the house very hot and uncomfortable. How can I fix that?

I did not find any other solution than to disconnect permanently the away mode.
