the set up is fine until i get to the part where it asks where i put the thermostat in , i select the room and then the app freezes. dosnt matter if im on my iphone or ipad and since i cannot Finnish the set up cannot use the thermostat in the app.
any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out. We're aware of the issue. Please reinstall your Nest app. After that, try to set up your Nest Thermostat again. If the app freezes up again, wait for 5 minutes to see if the setup process goes through after the said time.
