thermostat wont follow schedule and changes randomly

My thermostat randomly changes to to a heating temp of anywhere from 51-61.  I have turned off all learning functions,and all auto schedule.  I have done at least 5 factory resets and yesterday it reset itself and came back up in German.

It worked fine for about a year and now it won't work.  Sometimes it won't even allow you to change anything from the thermostat itself like it's frozen.

What is wrong with it I am beyond frustrated!

I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat isn't maintaining the setting you gave it. I'm sure this is frustrating, but I wanted to see if there was any way I could be of assistance.
 

Let's try the steps:

1. Clear the temperature set from the schedule.
2. Disable the Home/Away Assist.
3. Turn off both the Heat and Cool settings on the Eco Temperature.
4. Restart your thermostat by pressing and holding the screen for 10 seconds until it shuts down to refresh.
