My Nest learning thermostat won’t connect to my Nest App

Vassilios

My Best learning thermostat has been connected for several years. About a week ago, it disconnected from my nest App. I have tried everything. I have reset the Nest, reset it to factory, reset modem and router, but I keep getting the same error, TD00014. The Neat thermostat and my device (phone) are in the same Wi-fi. Any help would be appreciated.

You have performed all the normal steps for troubleshooting a TD14 error.  When you performed a factory RESET, did the phone link with the thermostat and start then complete the configuration steps? If so, then your thermostat has access to the LAN,,and your PHONE had access to the Nest Thermostat. If you were unable to complete the Nest Setup, then that point to a different problem.

Hello there,

Thanks for helping here, Ken.

@Vassilios, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues adding your thermostat to the Nest app, and I appreciate all the steps you've taken. I found an article with some troubleshooting steps for pairing issues. Please let us know if that helps.
