what happened to copy day for thermostat schedule

1. Schedule  interface window is too small, it used to be large

2. We can no longer copy and paste a day’s schedule.  We used to have this function.

3. Still no hold function?  We still have to turn off autoschedule, then set temp to desired level

4. Copy week must be for use with more than one thermostat in a house, but there is no documentation regarding how that works.

Hi @504mps,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties setting a schedule for your Nest thermostat. Don't worry, I'm here to help. To help with that, I have a few questions for you:

  • What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
  • What happens when you try to copy the schedule from the app?
  • Are you trying to copy the schedule from the app or the thermostat?
  • Have you tried creating a new schedule?

If you're trying to copy the schedule through the thermostat, please understand that this option is only available in the app. To learn more about this, check out the following article: Temperature schedules for the Nest Learning Thermostat.

Please let me know the answers to these questions, and I'll be happy to help you further.

Regards,
Jonathan
