wire compatibility with learning nest

is my wiring compatible with nest learning gen3? I attached my wire picture. the brown wire to the left is not connected to anything, it is just close to the connector.

Hi rentalchair,

Thanks for posting and sharing the picture of your existing thermostat wiring diagram.

Based on the diagram, it can only be compatible with Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd gen. Nest Thermostats has a built-in jumpers, so you no longer need to use it. Here's a wiring diagram on how you will label the wires. Also, check this link that might help.
