wire labels dont match

My wires on my existing unit doen't match the the label on the next learning thermostat. My old wires are labeled W, G, C, R and Y.

Thanks for reaching out. If your old thermostat has labels of W, G, C, R and Y that would be equivalent to W1, G, C, RC or RH and Y1 in the Nest Learning Thermostat. Please let us know if you still have questions in mind, as we'll be willing to assist you further.
