Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay. 

Also, thanks for including a photo of your current wiring configuration from the old thermostat. I can see that you have wire labels for O, W, and C. Could you verify what the other unused wire is for? You could check the terminal from the main board of your unit and let us know which wire is connected to what terminal.
