I have a new google nest mesh network, originally set up as: Spectrum coax ISP inbound >> Modem >> Google Nest Router >> switch >> external devices… computer, tv, … has been working great since I installed a couple weeks ago. I decided that because I have 7 cameras, that I would beef up the network and I purchased another google nest bundle (one router to use as a child point, and another point). When I try to add the either of the devices, I get the error msg: "We noticed you have an incompatible network. The Wifi point can't be added to your wifi network." I have spent several hours with google support and I still have the issue. I have followed the instructions here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9548301 Issue remains. Should I take the next step and factory re-set everything? Anyone else have this issue? My ISP speed is good @ up 15mgs down 225mgs. -Jeff

Hey, Jeffkidd.
Sorry for the issues you've had getting your extra points set up. That sounds like quite a frustrating process, but I'll be happy to help you get this working for you. Also, thanks for letting me know what troubleshooting steps you took. That helps out.
At this point, I would recommend going the factory reset route on all your devices and setting the network up again with all the points being set up at the same time as your router.
If you are still having issues with setup after performing the factory reset, please let me know and we'll take additional troubleshooting steps.
Thanks.
