Unable to edit groups

When attempting to add or change devices in a group, as I scroll through the list of devices, devices “uncheck” as they move off the screen and I can not update groups.  This may be a symptom of my child leveraging a tool to change their MAC address on their device to circumvent the controls.  But now I can no longer successfully edit any groups.

Sorry for the issues you're having with your device groups. I know it can be frustrating to have issues managing network settings and preferences when they won't work. Let's see what's going on and how to fix this.

I do have a couple of questions that might help us narrow things down.

• Do you have any difficulty deleting a group?
• Are you able to create new groups with the devices that are showing unchecked?
• If you create a new group with the affected devices, can you manage them in that new group?

I know it's a bit to check, but it should help us figure out if this is a device or an app issue. I look forward to hearing back from you.
