I am using Nest Wifi Router model H2D for few years. I was in 100/20 plan with my ISP and Nest device used to show 110MBps speed and 20MBps download and all my devices connected to it will show approx 100+mbps / 20 mbps download.
Now I got speed upgrade from my ISP to 500/40 - nothing changed in my setup, modem, all devices are at same location. Now Nest device is getting 520Mbps/ 40Mbps , i checked in google home app as well.
But all the devices connected are only getting around 150Mbps DOWNLOAD only, but UPLOAD of 40Mbps across home.
WHY there is SO MUCH DROP from 500Mbps download? Is there any setting I have to change in my Nest device to increase speed? ISP confirmed no issue from their side, as Nest is received the 500/40 speed rightly.
I already did basic checks like power off, restart etc

Hi @krajr2003,
Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand you're experiencing speed issues with your devices after upgrading your internet plan. I appreciate you sharing the details and the troubleshooting steps you've already tried. It’s helpful to know the Nest Wifi Router is receiving the full 500 Mbps speed, so let's work together to figure out why that speed isn't reaching your other devices.
To help me investigate, could you please provide the following information:
Once I have this information, I'll be happy to assist you further.
Best regards,

Firmware version 14150.88317. Yes my app is to up to date. My query is when I had 100Mbps speed from my ISP, my Nest router used to show 105 to 110MBps speed and all my devices used to get same speed. How come after I moved to 500 Mbps speed, my nest router showing as 530MBPs , but all my devices are only 150Mbps max.. same home, nothing new added. I strongly feel this is issue with Nest router or some settings to be updated?
