Just want to recap all of the issues that we're well aware of, and ask if anyone out there has found a better (read: functional) alternative to Nest Wifi?
This is a defective product and has been since day one. The troubleshooting recommendations are laughable at best. The gaslighting of anyone with an issue by the "community specialists" (curious what the prerequisites are to be a specialist. Looks like a pulse, and even that's not a hard requirement?) into blaming ANYTHING and EVERYTHING except for the product itself, while acting like this is the first time they've heard of the issue, even though a simple google search turns up THOUSANDS of users with the exact same issue on their forum.... I could go on.
So again. Nest WiFi is useless as anything other than a paperweight. Google "specialists" are useless for anything other than maybe having a pulse. Is there a decent / reputable company out there that makes a similar product (only need it for expanded Wifi range, all of the other offerings of this product are equally useless and buggy) that anyone recommends?
Thanks in advance!

I just replaced my bosses Nest with Orbi. I have been using Orbi at my house for a couple years now. I have been very happy with it. My boss is getting better saturation and range with the new system as well.

OH! The reason I ended up with the Orbi in the first place was i went to BestBuy and asked for the router that had the least returns. They recommended it and gushed over it as well. I have been happy.
