I have 3 Nest Pro's in a mesh configuration. Mesh speed is "great". Internet to house is 280 Mbps down 26 Mbps Up.
I have a new HP laptop running Windows Eleven 24H2. The laptop network card is actually WiFi 7 ready but is set to use 802.11ax. During Teams video conference sessions the incoming video is great using approx 2Mbps. My video image going out to the far end is very poor - blurry, etc and is only getting to approx 400 - 600 kbps or around 7 frames per second (good would be 30 frames per second). This is when using the Teams Application - when using Teams in a web browser the problem goes away? The Preferred Activites for Video Confencing is off (that made things worse).
I've also tried connecting the laptop by ethernet to the Nest Pro ethernet port but same results.
Any suggestions?

Just some further info - if I bypass the home network and "tether" to my 4g mobile phone the Teams video conf works perfectly using the Teams App. The Teams App also works perfectly on the Office network using Cisco Meraki Access Points. So seems to me to point to an issue between Google Nest Pro and Microsoft Teams.
