Can not see DHCP reservation in home app.

The DHCP reservation forms appear to assign IP addresses however the displayed reservations never update.  The displayed reservation are the ones in place when I was forced to migrate over to google home from the wifi app.  Now I can't see what IP addresses are reserved.

Hey, bd2357.

Sorry for the issues you're having with the DHCP settings. I know that can be a pain to deal with. Let's take look at things and sort this out for you. I do have some questions that can help us out.

  • Are you using the iOS or Android version of the Home app?
  • The displayed reserved IPs are not displaying, but are your settings behaving as if they are correct?
  • Is this issue 100% consistent, or is it intermittent?
  • Are you using Google WiFi, Nest WiFi, or a mix of the two?

We can get this sorted out with a little more info. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you. Thanks.

This is iOS Home App

The reservation appear to work but never show up in app, the page is displaying old reservations.

It has never worked (displayed) since the forced migration.

I have 3 of the second form factor google WiFi (Not Nest)

Thanks for the added info, bd2357. I'm going to check with an internal team and see what I can sort out here. I'll update when I know more.

Hey, bd2357.

I haven't received word back. At this point, before connecting with support, I would actually go ahead and advise the network reset to see if there are some hanging settings that are causing you difficulty. If you go ahead with that and don't see improvement, please let me know so I can help you with next steps.

Thanks

Thanks for following up, have not done reset yet since it is very disruptive to other users. Plan to take down the network next week sometime when everyone is away.

Haven't been able to do the hard reset. Tried restarting all the device since that is self healing.  I will try and do the factory reset tonight when family is sleeping.
