Can't add existing Nest Wi-fi mesh to google home app

Hi!

I'm trying to look at an existing Nest Wi-Fi mesh in the home app.  The mesh consists of a router and 2 additional points.  When I go into google home, it shows no wi-fi networks.  I can connect to the network fine from the android device, and the home app sees the 2 points, but there is no wifi network.  I try to add the router, and it thinks about it for a few seconds, and then comes back to the "Add device" screen in the app.  I'm trying to avoid having to factory reset the router as the internet is used pretty heavily and constantly in my home.  Any suggestions?  I've tried all the trouble shooting steps I can find short of the hardware reset on the router...

Hello @vg19

If this is a Nest WiFi system, then it should have been set up from the Google Home app to begin with. Are you using the same Google account now as the one that was used to set it up in the first place?
