Can’t add member to Google Home

I see that Many people have the problem of adding family members to a Google Home account, with a support response that you can’t if you (as the administrator) used a G-Suite email account to create the Google Home. Aside from how Ridiculous that is in itself- WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?! Do I need to delete the Google Home and restart with a different email address? Is it possible to change the email of the administrator account - if so detail the steps. Must I be connected to the Google Home to make these changes? (I had to set up the Google Home WiFi for a relative that lives in another state an I no longer have access. Should be nice to add them to the home account so they can now manage.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with adding a member to your Google Home, I know this can be frustrating but I'm happy to help. 

The easiest solution is to create a personal gmail account and use that to link to your Google Home and other devices instead of a Gsuite account.

Problem NOT solved. HOW do I fix? Do I have to factory reset ALL my Google Wifi devices and start over?

Or can I switch the email address used for the Wifi configuration - PLEASE ADVISE!
