Can't save pppoe un and pw

When I try to save my pppoe setting the save don't work. I follow this procedure :

Disconnect the internet 
When the router blink ( no internet)
Type in PPPoe setting
Hit save 
But when i hit save nothing happen. The pppoe setting is not saved and when i look again it is at DHCP.
Do anyone know how to set pppoe?

Sorry for the trouble you're having setting your router up properly. I imagine that's quite frustrating. Let's see what we can do to get you sorted out here.

same here.  useless.

Useless, doesn't work. Only way to make it work is hard factory reset the device and I can't do that each time when my ISP changes and having to reconnect each device manually in the house, not just worth this piece of crap. Not sure why they can't offer a web browser option for computer like every single other provider does
