When setting up my new nest WiFi after scanning the QR code I always get a "connection issues" error saying my modem isn't providing Internet access to the router. However, I am upgrading from an old Asus router that works perfectly fine with that modem. I have performed the recycling steps (unplug modem and router, plug in modem wait for 2 mins then plug in router) many times. I have even performed a factory reset on the nest WiFi router several times. I am a complete loss as i can't even set the nest WiFi up. Please help!

Try on an android device. I was using an iPhone with the same issue. Android device worked the first time.
