Connected Google Nest wifi and need to get rid of ISP wifi

How do I do this? Google told me I need to call the ISP so that they disable their wifi signal but I cannot reach them. Ever. Otherwise the wifi connections keep bouncing among the different ones I currently have. TIA.

Depending on what ISP and what specific equipment/ modem, you might be able to do it yourself. See what you can find on the home page of your ISP, in the support section?

I don't work for Google.

Thanks - I think you are right and I could have done that, but I actually managed to get the ISP on the phone and they took care of it.
