It’s not connecting to my app

Hi Jazmin1491,

Thank you for posting in the community, i understand that a Nest device is not connecting in the app.

Therefore i'd like to ask you some questions know more and provided you the correct steps: 

  • What kind of Nest device and Generation do you have? 
  • What app are you using (Google home or Nest App)?
  • What is the error message that appears in the app?
  • What troubleshooting have you done so far?
