Dropping internet connection for iPhone 12 Pro only

wiedemannjr

My iPhone 12 Pro will access the internet for a few minutes and then displays “No internet connection” and I have to switch to cellular. My smart TV, MAC, and iPad (Gen9) have no issue. Mesh test are fine. Ran the automated network fix successfully here, but problem persists.

The base mesh device is connected via Ethernet cable to the DSL modem for internet (ATT UVERSE).  The DSL modem has it’s own Wi-Fi access point. I disabled this due to concerns about signal interference but my problem persists.

This is confusing. Why does only one device have issues. My wife’s iPhone 12 mini works fine.

Frustrated

Hello wiedemannjr,

Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.

Make sure that your iPhone 12 Pro is updated to the latest software version. Check if your device is paused on the Google Home app. If it is, visit this website to be able to unpause it and get it connected to your network without a hitch.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,
Lovely
