Epson ET-4810 Occasionally Unavailable

I have an Epson ET-4810 printer connected to my Google Nest Pro Wi-Fi.  It is near the Next operating as the Router, and I have two other Nest Pros creating a Mesh Wi-Fi.  Occasionally the printer is unavailable to some or all of the devices connected to the Wi-Fi (MacBooks, windows laptop, iPhones).  Occasionally it is unavailable to devices (windows desktop, windows laptop) that are connected to the router via Ethernet.  Occasionally, it is unavailable to both.  Sometimes rebooting the printer fixes the problem immediately (especially if none of the devices can print).  But if only a few devices can't print, sometimes it fixes it, sometimes it doesn't.  Sometimes finding a device that can print and printing from that device, suddenly makes all devices able to print.  Sometimes rebooting the computer suddenly makes the printer visible.

I think the issue somehow involves the mesh network, but I am not sure.  Running diagnostics doesn't show any issue with the Nest devices.
