Eufy Security Camera

Hi, I bought a Eufy security camera system and I cannot figure out how to set up on 2.4 GHz network.  I've seen people post that you would have to move away from the router to access 2.4.  Does anyone have any experience with this? Do I also need to move the cameras during setup?  This is very frustrating!  Thanks.

"If your router has the same WiFi network name for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi bands, your eufySecurity device will automatically connect to the 2.4GHz band."
