I was having trouble with my nest Wi-Fi, so through the home app I factory reset my Wi-Fi devices. Now that I'm trying to reconnect my nest Wi-Fi router through the home app, it tells me it's offline and I need to remove the Wi-Fi from my home app. It tells me to go to the home app and tap the Wi-Fi button. The Wi-Fi button is no longer there since I did a factory reset of the devices. There's nothing there to remove, and I cannot continue to set up with the router and point. I have also factory reset the devices themselves.

Hello proudstone,
Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.
Please make sure that you've factory reset your Google Nest Wifi router correctly. Check out this article for step-by-step instructions. If you've already reset it completely but the issue persists, you may try creating a new Home structure and setting up your new network there or using another phone for the setup process.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
Lovely

The only solution that worked was creating a new home which was a pain but everything connected immediately without issue once I did that.

Hey proudstone,
I really appreciate the update. I'll take your words as feedback so this kind of issue won't happen again, but I'm glad that everything worked out great after creating a new Home structure. Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns before I close this thread within the next 24 hours.
Thanks,
Lovely
