One of my tenants changed the pw and email apparently on my NEST model H2D.
I can't reset the PW on Nest .
I have scanned the QR code but the nest router will not connect.
Spectrum was out and replaced the modem and we have verified solid signal and ip address.
Please provide links on how to fix this issue.
