Gen 1 Google WiFi no longer working after restart

I recently switched off the power to my Google WiFi Mesh Router and the network did not come back up. I tried to restart the network from the Google Home App but the App was unable to connect to the Google WiFi Mesh Router. I tried to switch of all 3 mesh devices and restart them one at a time, but this did not recover the network. I tried to factory reset all 3 Google WiFi Mesh devices by holding the button at the back for 10 seconds, the indicator light blinked orange before resetting, but when I open Google Home and try to Add the devices, the Google Home app cannot find the Google WiFi Mesh devices. I tried switching the first Mesh device I try to add with another one in the set of 3, but Google Home cannot find any of the devices. I tried following troubleshooting instructions on how to Add a device to Google Home that is not automatically detected, but it cannot find or Add the Google WiFi Mesh Routers.

Is my Gen 1 Google WiFi Mesh no longer supported by Google Home? And have the devices become incompatible after their latest restart?

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you're having some issues connecting your Google Wifi devices in the Google Home app after resetting them with the reset button, since you switched off the power to your Google Wifi router and the network didn't come back up. I'm happy to help.

Since you mentioned having reset your Google Wifi devices with the reset button, please first let me know if you were able to factory reset them through the Google Home app. The proper way to reset Google Wifi devices is by removing them from the app and then using the reset button, as indicated in the article Factory reset your Wifi device. Additionally, please let me know the current color of the LED light on them and if you can still see the devices in the Google Home app.

Even though Google Wifi devices are considered Gen 1, they are still supported, so you don't have to worry about them losing support.
