Google AC-1304 Modem Compatible

My Google WiFi was working fine for a few years. I just updated my modem to an Arris S33 from and Arris SB6183.  
I can not get the WiFi to work now.  I have performed restarts multiple times, factory resets, etc.  

Is the AC-1304 Google mesh system not compatible with this Modem?

Seems like you must ask your ISP to unblock the MAC address of Nest Wifi:
