My Google Home app was operating my blinds via a smart gateway device and app. The app is connected and Google Home see them and they appear online, but they wont close or open when pressed. This happened suddenly after several months of no issue. There is a feature which allows you to partially close a blind, and if you press and hold the button, it opens but and there is a circle with a triangle in the middle, may a wifi type icon. This is greyed out and also does not work.
I have reset, reinstalled the app, factory reset the gateway device and nothing has worked. The blinds however do work on the Tuya Smart app. The issue here is, there are less available functions on this app than on Google Home.
My internet is Starlink, all devices are on the same network and bluetooth is on. When I asked Google home to syn all devices, it says my phone is no able to connect. I am not sure what is causing the trouble
