Google Home App

When I look at the devices on the Google Home App, it shows my watch and the type is "Samsung" which is correct. I own a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. When I look at the type of device for my phone, it says iPhone. Why would it say iPhone and not Samsung? Is someone secretly spying on my phone? And why would it say "lan" after my device name?  Need all the help I can get on this one. Thanks.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this kind of concern but, for us to help you further, may we know if the issue involves your Google/Nest Wifi router? When did you first notice this?
