I have installed Google Home - I am unable to set up first base wifi point - I have a 3 unit system. As successfully the app recognizes it is part of a 3 unit set up - after pulling in the remaining 2 units - we when I hit next and the app goes into discovery mode it keeps coming back saying it can not locate a device - I have rebooted both device and the network , I have also completed a factory reset to no avail - I can get the home app the find and add the 2 additional points - any guidance would be gratefully accepted and appreciated

I have the same issue. Are you on Xfinity?

I just ran into same issue. Somehow the google home structure was removed (by a system glitch) and now it is not recognizing any nest devices like WiFi, nest doorbell, nest thermostat. Losing trust and reliability from google product.
neet support is totally useless. Wasted 2-3 hours of my time without any resolution.

Hi, everyone.
Thanks for coming to the community and letting us know about the issues you're having with the Home app seeing your devices and networks. We're actually seeing this happening with others as well and it's something I have passed along to our internal teams. We're monitoring what's happening right now and we hope to have an update soon on how to resolve this.
I know it's frustrating when your devices aren't working. I'm sorry for you all having to deal with that. I'll keep this thread updated with new info as it comes in. Please feel free to share anything you find that helps or impacts the situation in any way.
Thanks.

All of mine came online in about 40 minutes. The entire system has worked like a charm ever since. Perhaps it is my router? All I know is that I am completely delighted with this system and I get blazing fast speeds all over the house....finally. Great purchase. Thank you.
