Have set a time schedule for my kids devices. It is not working

Sorry about the trouble you're having with schedules. I'm sure that's frustrating to deal with. Let's get this worked out and get your schedules working as they should.

I have some questions for you to help figure out what's going on here.

• Were the schedules working previously and then stop working?
• Are you managing the device schedules individually or in groups?
• Is it just those specific devices that won't work, or are there other devices not working with schedules as well?

Take a look at that and see if there is something you may have missed. If you have done these things and it's still not working, let me know and we can try more steps. Thanks.
