Google Nest H2D Dead?

[HS1976]

Google Nest H2D model not showing any lights even after ensuring that power cord is working. Had a power surge issue in the house. Is it dead? Does it have any lights that are not lighting up or is it 'lightless" and I have look for other proof of life?

Since you already verified that the power code is working, we need to see if a factory reset will make any lights come on. In order to follow the right process, please select the appropriate scenario on how to perform a factory reset manually:

• If the unit is the router, follow the steps on How to Factory Reset the Nest WiFi Router.
• If the unit is a point, follow the steps on How to Factory Reset a Nest Wifi Point.
