Google Nest Pro 6E Not downloading on Whatsapp

I recently upgraded to the Nest Pro and now videos and pics wont download on Whatsapp.

i changed the DNS and still not working.

Help.....

Thanks for posting here in the community. I understand you are currently unable to download videos and pictures in WhatsApp since upgrading to your new Nest Wifi Pro, even after attempting to change the DNS settings. I appreciate the efforts you've made, and help is here!

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to confirm the following:

  • Were you able to download before upgrading to Nest WiFi Pro?
  • Did you try to download videos and pictures using your data or other WiFi networks to check if the issue would still persist?
  • What is the error message you received (a screenshot would be great)?
